Reserve Meeting Space

Spaces & Rates

Community Action has four modern meeting rooms designed for collaboration, focused discussions, and presentations. They are available for rental from 6 AM to 9 PM.

• Two 4-person rooms with one round table and chairs ($15/hour)
  
• One 8-person room with one oval table and chairs ($15/hour)
  
• One 41-person room with multiple tables for flexible seating arrangements, a large-screen TV with HDMI laptop connection for presentations, and an Owl system for hybrid meetings ($50/hour)

All meeting rooms contain a full-size whiteboard and a frosted glass wall to allow for some natural light while providing privacy. Guest Wi-Fi is available.

Hourly fees are waived for nonprofit organizations, healthcare organizations, educational organizations, and government entities. A $250 refundable deposit applies to bookings by for-profit entities. If damage to the facility occurs during a free booking, we will ask you to cover associated costs.
