Empty Bowls Community Painting (last one for 2021!)

Inspirations Ceramic & Art Cafe continues collaborating with the Chelan Douglas Community Action Council as the Creative Sponsor for the Annual Wenatchee Empty Bowls while Pybus Public Market continues to support as the Hearth Sponsor and Cascade Natural Gas Washington Energy Assistance Fund continues to support as the Full Meal Sponsor. These major sponsors and many others make the event possible. This event benefits Chelan Douglas Community Action Council’s Food Distribution Center, which delivered over three million pounds of food to local food pantries this year.

• $18 donation per bowl or

$65 donation for 4 bowls ($16.25 / bowl) or

$75 donation for 5 bowls, and additional bowls at $15.00 each

*Cash or Check can be accepted 12/6-12/9 at the main office (620 Lewis Street in Wenatchee) or a credit card can be accepted anytime.

Donating to Empty Bowls gets you your own bowl to paint, with a variety of paint colors, technique tools and endless inspiration. After painting, each bowl will be glazed and fired creating a safe usable bowl for years of enjoyment.  Bowls will be available for pick-up at Inspirations Ceramic and Art Cafe during the month of January 2022 and will include a coupon for a free bowl of soup from local restaurants. Painted bowls not claimed in January 2022 will be donated on February 1, 2022.

To-go kits are not available at this time. Planning for the 2022 Annual Empty Bowls is underway, and more information will be available in 2022!

Paint at Pybus Public Market on December 10, 2021 (3 N. Worthen, Wenatchee)

• Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council is taking reservations for the last of their 2021 Wenatchee Empty Bowls, with three painting sessions scheduled for December 10^th at Pybus. There will be 40 seats available at each session: 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. for a total of 120 bowls.
• Bowls and painting supplies will be provided, you just bring the creativity!
• People of all ages are welcome and there will be plenty of space for social distancing and moving around the room. There will also be opportunities to learn about what is being done for hunger relief locally, and how you can get involved.
• $18 donation per bowl or

$65 donation for 4 bowls ($16.25 / bowl) or

$75 donation for 5 bowls, and additional bowls at $15.00 each
